Mentorship Committee

The Mentorship committee focuses on creating mentorship and professional development opportunities for our CREW Fort Worth members through our Empowerment series and CREWConnect mentorship program. The committee also introduces young women in the community to careers in commercial real estate through a partnership with the Young Women’s Leadership Academy and UCREW programs at UTA and TCU. Additionally, Mentorship oversees the Carla Higgins Memorial Scholarship program which provides funds for members to attend CREW Network events, including the annual Convention.

Mentorship also hosts periodic lunch and learn opportunities and an Executive Leadership series to foster our members’ professional development.
