The CREW Connect Mentorship Program is designed to create intentional relationships, meaningful professional development, and authentic peer connection through small-group mentorship circles.

The structure combines:

• Monthly accountability and relationship-building

• Flexible group-driven discussions

• Mid-Year event for all groups to compare notes, share ideas, and solicit feedback

• End of program wrap party for all groups

Program Structure

• Small mentorship circles of approximately 4–6 women

• Groups intentionally mixed by career stage, industry focus, and experience level

• Peer-driven mentorship and collaborative support

• Flexible structure tailored to each group

Meeting Cadence

• Groups meet once per month

• Monthly meetings are primarily virtual (45–60 minutes)

• One in-person meeting per quarter

• Groups are encouraged to select a recurring meeting schedule
