Come join CREW Fort Worth for a behind-the-scenes look of what it takes to build a $100M residence hall project in a mere 13 months!
CREW Fort Worth and Linbeck are presenting a behind-the-scenes, exclusive tour of UT Arlington's newest project on campus - Maverick Hall. This new, 654-bed, 212,000 SF residence hall is a mixture of single and double occupancy suites. During the tour, you'll gain insights into the project's innovative design, fast-paced construction process, and its impact on UTA's growing campus. Linbeck's expert guides will provide a comprehensive overview of the project's features and future benefits.
Please plan to arrive at 3:30 p.m. with the tour to begin promptly at 3:45 p.m. Please note parking is limited. This is a walking tour on an active construction site. Please wear closed-toe shoes and proper PPE. Linbeck will provide PPE to those that do not have their own. Please email Candace Duran if you need PPE to ensure there is an accurate headcount prior to the tour. Parking map and directions will be shared prior to the event with the registered attendees.
Additional Information About the Project: Maverick Hall is a new, ground up, 654-bed, 212,000 SF residence hall completed within a 13-month construction schedule - a feat for a project of this nature, requiring approximately $10M of construction going in place each month. It includes a mixture of single and double occupancy suites. Common area amenities include classrooms, study rooms, laundry, gathering spaces, and community kitchens. The project also includes exterior green space to serve both Maverick Hall and the existing West Hall. The new building provides much needed housing options for students on campus and will be located across from The Commons Dining Hall, another project Linbeck completed at UTA.
