Mentoring Program

Mentor groups will consist of 3-4 members organized into groups by the Mentorship Committee based on completion of an interest survey. The program will run on an annual basis from January to December.  Participants in the program are expected to meet no less than 6 times per year (and are encouraged to meet monthly).  At the annual kickoff event in January, each small group will select one group mentor to ensure meetings are organized, monitor attendance and communicate with the CREW Fort Worth Board of Directors on both the success of the program and any suggestions or concerns.
